Changing the time on a Panasonic KX-TA624 system must be done from extension # 101 using a display phone.
1.-
Press the "PROGRAM" button on the face of the phone

Enter programming mode by pressing "STAR" - "POUND" - "1234" (default password = 1234)

Enter program # 000

Press "SPEAKER" button

Press "FORWARD/DND" button to change to the hour selection

Changing the time on a Panasonic KX-TVS voice mail system can be done from any phone.
1.-
Dial the TVS pilot number (extension 107 or 115)

When the voice mail system answers press "#" + "6" + "STAR"
3.-
Log into the message manager's mailbox (999)

Press "6" for other features
5.-
Press "3" to set the time & date

Press "1" to change the current time (press "0" for help)

Enter the hour then press "#" or enter the hour and minutes then press "#"

Press "1" for AM or "2" for PM

Press "2" to accept the new time

The phone issues intercom dial tone.
The current date and time are displayed on your LCD.

Dial "##.""Program Mode:" appears on the first line of the display; "MAIN MODE" appears on the second line.

Press the FF1 key."SELECT SUB MODE" appears on the second line of the display.

Dial "1#.""1:DATE 2:TIME" appears.

Dial "1#.""MONTH/DAY/YEAR" appears.

Enter six digits for the month, day, and year.For example, to set the date to March 3, 1993, enter "030393."

Press #."TIME SET MODE appears on the display.

Enter four digits for hours and minutes (24-hr. time).For example, for 11:00 a.m., enter "1100."

Enter programming mode by pressing "PROGRAM" button then "STAR" button twice, followed by 1, 2, 3, 4

Enter program "000" and press Enter

Press "SPEAKER" button two times, you will see the time.

Enter the correct hour.

Press "FORWARD/DND" button to advance to the minute selection

Enter the correct minutes (if necessary to update).

Press "FORWARD/DND" button to advance to the AM/PM selection.

Press "MUTE" button to select AM or PM (if necessary to change).

Press "STORE" button

Lift and replace handset to exit the programming mode.

How to set the time on your Panasonic Voice Mail
Press the intercom button on your phone.
Dial 165 and then raise the handset.
When the Voice Mail answers you, dial # 6 (POUND SIX)
Dial *999 (STAR NINE NINE NINE)
Enter your password. (usually your zip code) followed by the # (POUND)
Wait for the system to say, ?To receive the message?
Then dial 6 (for other features)
Then dial 3 (to set the clock)
Then dial 1 (to change the time)
Enter the time followed by a # (POUND) Example for 9:37 is---Enter 937#
The system will ask for 1 for AM or 2 for PM
Enter the correct digit
The system will ask for 1 to change or 2 to accept
Enter 2 (to accept)
Hang up
